Connecting To The Power of His Resurrection

By the power of his  (Jesus’) resurrection , there’s an opening of anything that represents death. Resurrection has power. Power is in levels and resurrection power is the ULTIMATE power. He rose from the dead but we need to understand what it is that he rose for. You may not experience resurrection power if you have no knowledge about the power of resurrection.

Jeremiah 9:24. John 17:3.

We have a calling to Glory and virtue, and we attain that by  knowing the resurrection power:  the ultimate power that put satan down.

Ephesians 1:19. “…the exceeding greatness of his power.”  By the power of resurrection every name bows including the covid-19 that seems to be  everywhere in the world today . If you remove resurrection from Christianity it becomes useless.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HIS RESURRECTION.

1. By Jesus resurrecting from the dead he gave us power over sin (Romans 6:3)

I have a new life by reason of resurrection. I am no longer a slave to sin, I am a free man. The power of sin over your life is broken!!! Satan has no power to kill a believer,it is given to him willingly by believers. The key of death is not with the devil anymore. Romans 4:25.
2 . Resurrection has moved me from condemnation to justification.
Don’t number yourself among failures, you have changed position by power of resurrection. (Colossians 1:13)

3. Resurrection has turned captivity into liberty.
4 Resurrection turns sickness into health (Romans 8:11).

5. By resurrection we moved from defeat to triumph.

Wherever you are defeated you are moving to triumph. Colossians 2:15.

6 Resurrection moves you From shame to Glory.

7. Resurrection moved us from failure to success (John 2:15).

Building The Shield of Faith

What is a shield?

According to the dictionary , a shield is a protective covering or structure. It also means a hard outer covering or case of a certain organism such as as tortoise.

This is very important because it will help us understand this scripture as Christians because ‘to shield” as a verb means to protect, hide or conceal from danger or harm. So when the scripture speaks of the shield of faith it is very clear that many times we interpret this scripture according to what we know of a shield, such as those they used during the days of Shaka , the interpretation is that you are holding something in your hand to protect yourself that is an understatement , that is watering down what the scripture says.

In Psalm 5:12  the scripture says ,”… to compass (to surround) him with a shield. When the Bible talks about taking up the shield of faith it’s actually talking about picking something that shields us entirely from the darts of the enemy and the darts of the wicked; which are not just thoughts but anything that the enemy is trying to do against us.

But then we need to understand what this shield is and how this shield can be built and what is this protection that faith builds. Philippians 4:6-7 outlines what will be created after you have prayed. There is what you do create the shield that protects our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Why our minds? Because the battlefield is in our minds (2 Corinthians 4:4).

When a man’s mind is blinded he cannot see light therefore he cannot see his way out. Which means such a person has  a covering over their minds,it’s a dark covering. That covering is also a shield but it is a shield of the devil to prevent the mind from receiving light which can bring freedom ,so equally when we do certain things expected of us in the word of God there is a shield that is built around our minds.

But how is this shield brought about?

By the speaking of God’s word (Matthew 8:8).

Speaking wrong words removes the shield of God and opens your door to the attacks of the enemy (Ecclesiastes 10:8). Out of fear you will be speaking wrong words and out of faith you will be speaking the correct words , our future is not in our hands but in our mouth as proceeding from our hearts.

How do you break your shield ? you break it by speaking words out of fear, thereby creating holes in your shield.

How do I strengthen my protection speak ? Declaring the word of God is building the shield of Faith around what is ours and our lives. 

According to psalm 103:20 for angels to do What they are supposed to do including building a shield,a hedge around us , we should hearken to the voice of God’s word ,since it is we who give voice to the word of God ,we put it on our lips and that is what creates the shield that will protect us.

“Yes, you will suffer for a short time. But after that, God will make everything right. He will make you strong. He will support you and keep you from failing. He is God who gives all grace. He chose you to share in his glory in Christ. That glory will continue forever.”

To settle is to take out of discomfort. There are steps to take for settlement.
Amos 9:13
“The Lord says, a time of great blessing is coming. Workers will still be harvesting when it’s time to plow the field s again. They will still be Trampling the grapes when it’s time for a new crop. sweet wine will drip from the mountains and pour from the hills.”

A situation that looks terrible can be changed by God. He is a rewriter of stories.
Psalms 102:13 ,Job 14:14 

The only way you can miss your time is when you don’t know that it’s your set time.The only way not to miss your appoint time is to be close to your appointed place.

When it’s time for settlement you must be careful to hear the clock of heaven.

HOW CAN I HAVE SETTLEMENT
1. You must settle in the house you belong by being Born Again.
2. Settle with the word of God (Job 22:21-22, Proverbs 8:10, Isaiah 33:6).

Outside the word of God there’s no settlement


3. The fear of the Lord (2 Timothy 2:19-20 )

Nobody that was in rebellion with the Lord ever got settled (2 Chronicles 15:1-4,15)

To fear God is to respect what he says. (Job 22:11-29)

4. Obedience
Every time God speaks to us it’s not to disadvantage us but settle us.(1 Kings 17:9, Genesis 22:17)

Don’t only serve God when things are not right. You delay your own settlement by doing your own things.

God is not moved by emotions but by your faith. Money makes eternal settlement.

When you’re going to the field you have very few friends but when harvesting the story changes.

It’s important to be sensitive. Do what the Holy Spirit is speaking to you about

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32).

John 1:1 says, “In “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

If the Word was God, and God doesn’t change, it means that the Word is still God. In verse 14 of the same chapter, the Bible says, “The “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. us. We have seen his glory, glory, the glory of the one and only Son,  who came from the Father, full of grace and truth” truth” (John 1:14 NIV).

Recall that before Jesus was born, the Holy Ghost had come upon the Virgin Mary, and the Word she received from God, which was spoken to her by an angel, became flesh in her. That Word became a child, and grew to become the man, Christ Jesus. So Jesus, indeed, is the Word of God become flesh; He’s the result of the Word that was spoken to Mary.

Today, when the Word of God comes to you, it still has the same effect and produces the same result. God’s intent is for the Word to become one with you, to become flesh in you. If it’s a word of healing, it’s meant to destroy the sickness, and take its place.

The Word can recreate a broken or amputated arm. The Word can change your genotype. The Word can become new kidneys in you, and literally give you a new heart, if you’ve had issues with your kidneys or your heart. Receiving God’s Word is receiving the power of God into your life; the creative power of God.

Don’t accept that your situation is hopeless. Don’t despair or become despondent because of your financial situation; change things with the Word. Get into meditation; chew the Word; ponder and contemplate the Word until it literally forms in you the message it bears. You’ll know when it happens: your mind will be renewed to only see, think, and accept the results that the Word is supposed to produce for you and in you.

Blessed Father, I thank you for the efficacy of your Word in in my life. life. Through meditation, the Word mingles with my spirit, soul, and body, producing in my life and in my situation the message that it bears. Your divine power is at work in in me through and today, and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Daily Faith Declarations

I am a child of God and have the God-kind of life in me. I am royalty and I belong to the class of God. I am correctly (righteous) positioned with my Father. I am seated with Christ in heavenly places far above powers, rulers and principalities of the enemy. I abide in the LORD. I am planted on a fruitful hill.
(Is.5:1-2, Ps 82:6, John 10:10, 35, Eph.2:2-6, 1John 4:4, 5:4)

I am born again by God’s Word. I have a receptive and teachable spirit towards God’s Word. Every time I hear the Word, my eyes open because God Has given me the Spirit of Understanding. I become more and more like Jesus as I believe and Act on His Word.
(Ps.119:18, Eph.1:17-18, 2Cor.3:18, 1Pet.1:23)

The Spirit of God is inside me and upon me. He Has anointed me for exploits. Every yoke of the enemy is destroyed upon my life and on those I minister to. I am an effective soul winner. My life is becoming better and better all the time. The level of the anointing keeps on increasing upon my life.
(1 Sam.16:13, Lk.4:18, Acts 1:8, 1John2:27)

Our ministry is anointed to proclaim God’s Kingdom. We are always increasing in faith and number. Miracles, signs and wonders are following us. God confirms that we are His. Multiplied Grace like that upon Winners Family is upon us in all exploits of faith. Finances come to the ministry every day to fulfill God’s mandate. Miracle Centre is becoming a “reality” every day. We are the light of the world. Our light is shining in darkness. We are fruitful in all areas.
(Matt.10:40, John 5:37, 17:18, Acts 10:38, 1 Cor.1:21, Heb.6:12, 13:7)

God Has made room for me. He delights in my prosperity. There is nothing missing and nothing broken in me. I am fruitful in all areas of my life. The grace of giving is upon me and keeps on increasing. I create wealth by wonderful ideas flowing in me. God leads me to green pastures. I am willing and obedient and I am therefore eating the good of the land. I shall never lack or be broke in my life. God gave out of love and I give out of love for Him and his Kingdom. I have divine favour.

I think (meditate) on God’s Word day and night. I am a doer of the Word. I can never be stranded in life or run out of ideas. I am a success because I have an excellent Spirit in me. I deal wisely in all my affairs. Whatever I do prospers. I am bearing fruit all year round. I serve God willingly and diligently. I have divine backing.
(Exod.23:25, Josh.1:8, Job 23:11, Ps. 1:3, 119:48,78,148, 122:6, Dan.5:12,6:3, Phil.4:8)

God Has blessed me with a fruitful and hitch-free marriage. My love and respect for my spouse keeps on increasing. My marital life is a light to the world. I gladly perform my marital roles as outlined by God and my marriage gets better and better.
(Gen.2:24, Ps.128:3, Prov.5:18, Eph.5:22-27, Col.3:18-19, 1Pet.3:7)

My children are mighty in the land. They are a blessing to me and the world. They are influenced by the Holy Spirit and are growing in the ways of the LORD. They are a wonder to the world.
(Is.8:18, Ps.112:2, 128:3, Ps.127:5)

God always leads me to victory. I have overcome the world because I am born of God. I am superior to Satan. Sin no longer dominates me. The Spirit lives in me and vitalizes my mortal body.  I walk in divine health. I shall never lay my back on a sick bed. Long life is my portion. In the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
