ENGAGING THE PRAYER OF INQUIRY (INVESTIGATION) FOR SUDDEN TURNAROUNDS
• The prayer of inquiry is greater than the prayer for breakthrough.
• The prayer of inquiry is about asking questions and receiving answers.
• The prayer of inquiry brings out insight and direction. This is what makes it to be more powerful than other prayers people pray.
• Where there is direction , there is divine partnership.
• When the Lord is directing you, you can’t go wrong.
• When we are talking about the prayer of inquiry, we are talking about the what, why and how of our circumstances.
• This prayer doesn’t just give you information about the situation you are facing but gives you direction about what to do to solve it.
• Knowing a way out is far superior to just quoting scriptures.
• Prayer of inquiry gives you intelligence information about what you are dealing with.
• You can fight a war without intelligence information that will make you to fight precisely.
• Wherever there is direction, God is involved.
• To have direction is to have the partnership of God guaranteed.
• To inquire of the Lord is to ask to be guided.
Job 34:32, 2 Kings 7:3, Josh 7:5-26
• We don’t know many things that are hindering us.

WHY MUST WE INQUIRE IN PRAYERS?
Dan 5:11-12
1. To unlock ancient disturbing mysteries waging war against you
• Our battles are spiritual.
2. To reveal the root cause of what you are going through for so long without understanding why
(2 Sam 21:1)
• Behind every long-standing issue is a matter that we need to know.
• If we don’t know the matter, what we see in the physical can remain.
• There are mysteries behind challenges.
3. To know what is behind complex, repeated and prolonged attacks in your life
4. To dissolve coded mysteries and issues shrouded in darkness and yet they’re frustrating our lives (Dan 5:12)
• To expend energy in the wrong direction is frustrating.
• To fire bullets at no target at all is quite wasteful
5. To see the opening on the wall to access the secrets of God (Ezek 8:7)
• What God reveals to you is superior to what you are facing.
6. To dislodge enemies out of their hiding places (Mic 7:17)
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. God is the custodian of secrets (Deut 29:29)
• There is no secret thing that God does not know.
2. God is the revealer of secrets (Jer 33:3, Dan 2:19-23).
