THE TRANSLATING POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION
Rom 1:16-21
• It is not what you have that makes the difference , it is revelation on the word that
God has told you that makes the difference (2 Kings 4:2).
• Money is important.
• Money can help you to have quality friends.
• Money can make your advice to be taken.
• Nobody listens to the advice of a poor person.
• Don’t just consider the beauty of a person when you are about to settle down in marriage, are you intellectually compatible?
• A husband and wife must undergo personal development.
• As money comes in, let’s send each other to school.
• We can grow.
• God allowed Moses to go through all the learning of Egypt so that he can lead His people and write the law.
Phili 3:10, Eph 1:17-19
• Resurrection is about change.
• Access into the power of His resurrection is by revelation (Eph 1:17-19).
• Resurrection is the demonstration of His mighty power.
• Don’t talk about resurrection without a demonstration.
Mat 27:50-53
• Resurrection establishes our supernatural change of story.
• The proof of resurrection is supernatural change of position.
Luke 24:5-6
• The power of His resurrection is a translating power.
RESURRECTION TRANSLATES US FROM:
1. Filthiness to holiness (Rom 1:4)
• Our dominion over sin came by the power of His resurrection
2. Captivity to liberty (Mat 27:50-53, Zech 9:11-14)
3. Sickness to health (Rom 8:11)
• It is not God’s will for you to live off drugs.
• Reject sickness as soon as it appears, don’t try to explain it.
4. Defeat to triumph (Col 2:15)
5. Shame to glory (Isa 61:1, 7)
6. Struggles to breakthroughs (Acts 5:14)
7. Death to life
