️To praise is to express adoration or approval.

️We praise the Lord for His traits, His works, and His character. 

️Our spirit becomes more pliable, open, and receptive to receiving to God’s Holy Spirit.

‘Prayer moves mountain, but praise moves God.’

When God is full of praise, He moves into action for to judge and revenge you of your enemies.

When you engage God through praise, you are appealing to a sensitive part of His nature.

God will move and when He moves, mountains flee on their own accord and hills skip like little lambs.

THE FOCUS OF OUR PRAISE:

  Anytime you recognize and appreciate God for His help, it multiplies

  A worshipper is guaranteed more access to the will and mind of God than an ungrateful person

PRAISE GIVES GOD PLEASURE (Psalm 149:3-4, Revelation 4:11)

I tell you, the pleasure a king gets from being eulogized is way more than the pleasure of food and drink.

Think of God as King of kings (that’s who He is) and then go praising and eulogizing Him; you know the rest of the story.

He is pleased with your worship and your praise.

When God is filled to the overflow with praises coming from you, your enemies are in trouble.

He will arise and your enemies will be scattered (Psalm 68:1)

 

PRAISE IS GOD’S UTMOST

️UTMOST means most extreme; greatest.

Another reason why praise is so potent in spiritual warfare is because it is God’s utmost in life.

The reason for creation is such that the creation will give the creator pleasure.

Nothing compares to serving God.

Working for God is good, but giving Him praise is the best.

Praying is great, but praising God is superior and more blessed.

All other things that you do for God are good, but nothing compares to kneeling before Him in worship, interacting with His holiness, blessing Him for who He really is.

Work all you can for God, but give more of your time in personal intimacy with Him, loving, praising and worshipping Him all the more. 

You will see Him bring your desires upon your enemies.

EXAMPLES

• King Jehoshaphat of Judah when He was faced with four enemy nations (2 Chronicles 20:1-30)
• Paul and Silas in the New Testament employing the same strategy when they were locked up in jail in Philippi (Acts 16:25-34)

God came down by Himself, the enemies of God were routed out completely.

God came down by Himself, earthquake attended to Him and the doors to the jail flung open, the locks broken in their own accord.

That’s what praise can do and will do for you even today.

God has not changed and His way of doing battles has not also changed (Malachi 3:6)

When you do what people in Bible days did, you will get the same result they got (1 Corinthians. 10:11)

THE POWER OF PRAYER AND FASTING

Many people in the body of Christ have lost the discipline of prayer and fasting.

Fasting: abstaining from food and/or water as an act of self-denial in order to seek God.

Isaiah 58:6

 

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF PRAYER AND FASTING?

 

1)DESTRUCTION OF WICKED CHAINS, YOKES AND BONDAGES [Isaiah 10:27]

A yoke clearly represents a curse; it doesn’t allow you to go far and limits what happens to you.

A prison is a limited place.

Various addictions are broken as a result of prayer and fasting.

 

2) EMPOWERMENT FOR NEXT HIGHER LEVELS

          [Acts 10:27, Ezekiel 47:1-7, Luke 4:14, 9:29,43, Acts 4:31]

When you are born again you receive a certain level of power.

Power is in levels.

If you remain at a lower level of power, you will be defeated by a higher power.

The devil will keep what is yours until you change your power levels.

If say a sickness that is coming against you is rated at 500v and your power level is 240v, you can’t keep such a sickness from attacking you.

You need a higher level of power to deal with the demon of madness.

Many pastors have been killed by the diseases they were trying to take out.

The most prized possessions of the devil are kept under lock and key and under steel bars, to get them you need molten fire.

You are the first person to be changed by prayer and fasting.

When you don’t know what to do or how to defeat your business, you’re in darkness.

️To solve problems requires creativity.

️If you’re looking for money without looking for problems to solve, there will be a problem.

You must have a strong desire.

Returning involves you repenting, amending your ways and getting back to what God says.

Double is the minimum restoration God can give.

️God empowers us with the Spirit of Holiness to kill the desires for sin.

️The spiritual is more powerful than the physical.
