THE IMPORTANCE OF PROMPT RESPONSE TO DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS
• After God has given you an instruction, it is useless if you can’t act fast.
Deut 28:1-3
• It is prompt response to the stirrings of the Spirit that brings about change of story (John 5:1-4).
• Many people act late and they miss their time of change.
• Every prophetic word requires a quick response.
• Faith is now.
• Every instruction requires prompt response if it is going to deliver fully and with maximum results.
Gen 22:1-3, 16-17, 17:22-23
• Sometimes our breakthroughs are wasted because of the way we respond.
John 2:4-9
• When you take long to act, you may forget the instruction and even lose the zeal you had to carry it out.
• Divine instructions are not always logical, they go against the way we do things and appear to be an inconvenience so they require the help of God to do them.
Neh 1:1-11
• Many christians act after God has left.
• There are spirits that resist obedience to divine instructions and that’s why you need the help of God to override their resistance.
